These Terms of Use explain the rules for using kotaconstructionmaine.com (the “Site”). Kota Construction LLC (“Kota Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the Site from our main office address. When you use the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Kota Construction owns or has the right to use everything on the Site. That includes our text, project photos, graphics, logos, guides, and the Kota Construction name. Copyright, trademark, and other laws protect this content. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may also download our guides for personal use. However, you may not copy, repost, change, sell, or share our content or photos without our written permission.

5. Information You Send Us

When you contact us by form, email, or phone, you confirm that your information is true. You also confirm that you have the right to share it. You agree that we may call, email, or text you about your inquiry. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
