Custom Home Building

As Maine’s trusted local home builder, we bring decades of hands-on craftsmanship, deep knowledge of New England’s climate and terrain, and an unwavering commitment to quality to every project we undertake.

From the rugged coastline to the mountain terrain, we design and build custom homes that are not only beautiful but built to last — engineered to withstand Maine’s demanding winters while reflecting the distinct vision and lifestyle of each homeowner.

When you work with Kota Construction, you’re not hiring a faceless national contractor or fly-by-night carpenter – you’re partnering with a company with decades of experience.

Whether you’re dreaming of a classic New England farmhouse, a modern lakeside retreat, or something entirely your own, our team will guide you through every step of the process, from initial design to final walkthrough, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience and a result that exceeds your expectations.
Your dream home starts here — let’s build it together.
